Roles & Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains relationships with members of CrediBook and CrediMart community.
- Conduct roadshow, training, events and other related activities to support CrediBook and CrediMart community.
- Communicate regularly with CrediBook and CrediMart community through online and offline channels.
- Initiate partnerships with external communities.
- Has 2-4 years proven experience in handling communities
- Experienced in handling FMCG retail community is a plus
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to speak in public
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Willing to do business trips
