Outsourcing Manager

Job Description:

  • Monitoring the quality of work performed by external vendors to ensure that it meets company standards
  • Negotiating contracts with vendors to ensure fair payment terms and conditions
  • Assess, monitor, document, and communicate on outsourced costs, project status, risks and key learnings to stakeholders
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection process external partners
  • Design and analyze KPIs in line with outsourcing strategy in order to drive continuous improvement


  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Management or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience with a proven track record of successful vendor and project management in Sales industry, coming from startup industry is a plus
  • Fast working pace and highly proactive are essential to survive our working environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, project and time management skills
