- Consult and liaise with Department’s Head(s) for organization management strategy and tactical plan.
- Provide end to end talent acquisition solutions for the assigned Department(s).
- Act as People Operations spoke person regarding all the People Operations initiatives and process.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
- Have minimum 1 year of proven experience as Recruiter or Headhunter, coming from Startup Industry is a plus.
- Possess strong interest and knowledge about personality traits, Bachelor of Psychology is preferred.
- Love to be the center of attention, naturally people-person, a pure and outgoing extrovert is a big plus.
- Fast working pace and highly proactive are essential to survive our working environment.
