Sales Trainer

Responsibilities:

  • Design an overall sales learning & development strategy, followed by implementation and execution of the plan to ensure sales training team can support the sales team to achieve business objectives
  • Identify critical pain points and skill gap analyses in the region with regards to sales learning & development or other initiatives
  • Conduct training both hard and soft skills for sales force including new team members.
  • Evaluate and report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
  • Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies) that can trigger learner curiosities and maintain the training material, curricula and costs to always be updated
  • Work with relevant stakeholders & counterparts (e.g. VP of Sales, Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Managers, Sales Development team, etc.) to ensure that sales learning & development strategies are aligned with the overall regional and nationwide sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in training (preferred experienced dealing with field team)
  • Able to operate e-learning platform and Microsoft Offices, ability to create a video would be a plus point
  • Proficient to do training requirement analysis and create training materials
  • Strong communication skill, able to explain technical terms in simple and understandable manner
  • Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders from different backgrounds with good level of empathy
  • Result-driven orientation
  • Willing to travel around Indonesia
